Abstrak. Keunggulan kompetitif diperlukan untuk dapat menguasai pasar. Penggunaan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) mempermudah untuk merancang produk tanjakan motor sercara terstruktur dengan proses mengidentifikasi keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen serta melakukan analisis kelayakan bisnis dari berbagai aspek-aspek termasuk ekonomi makro, aspek teknis dan teknologi, pertimbangan pasar dan pemasaran, serta faktor keuangan. Hasil kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup diperoleh bahwa tiga variabel keinginan konsumen yang diterjemahkan dalam bahasa teknik (karakteristik teknik) menjadi prioritas dalam perancangan produk tanjakan motor, meliputi Dimensi (1) Ketahanan bobot 21%, (2) Stabilitas dan Penyesuaian bobot 19%, dan (3) Efektifitas Penggunaan bobot 19%, yang menunjukkan Dimensi paling prioritas bagi konsumen. Penambahan beberapa atribut seperti karet anti-slip, fitur lipat, dan ketahanan material produk sebagai inovasi menjadi nilai tambah dari perancangan produk tanjakan motor. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha menilai bahwa perancangan produk ini juga layak secara keuangan, dengan perolehan perhitungan Nilai Net Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 228.751.092,61, didukung oleh nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 75%, dengan periode pengembalian sekitar 1,98 tahun, rasio Net B/C bersih yang diperoleh sebesar 1, 2, dan BEP sebesar 25 unit per bulan. Abstract. Competitive advantage is needed to dominate the market. The use of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method makes it easier to design motorized ramp products in a structured way with the process of identifying consumer wants and needs and analyzing business feasibility from various aspects including macroeconomics, technical and technological aspects, market and marketing considerations, and financial factors. The results of open and closed questionnaires showed that three variables of consumer desires translated into technical language (technical features) are prioritized in the design of motorcycle ramp products, including dimension (1) durability weight of 21%, (2) stability and adjustment weight of 19%, and (3) effectiveness of use weight of 19%, which shows the most priority dimension for consumers. The addition of several attributes such as anti-slip rubber, folding function, and durability of product material as innovations adds value to the design of motorcycle ramp products. The results of the business feasibility analysis assess that the design of this product is also financially feasible, with the acquisition of a Net Present Value (NPV) calculation of Rp 228,751,092.61, supported by an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value of 75%, with a payback period of about 1.98 years, a net B/C ratio obtained of 1, 2, and a BEP of 25 units per month.
