Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Stress kerja merupakan salah salah pemicu penurunan kesehatan mental yang akan terjadi pada tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas di instalasi rawat inap jiwa baik dari perawat maupun dokter. Perawat kesehatan jiwa lebih menitik beratkan pada kesehatan mental pasien tanpa mengesampingkan keadaan jasmaniahnya. kondisi mental pasien yang labil mengharuskan perawat untuk bersikap sabar  dalam melakukan berbagai macam peranan untuk mengetahui berbagai macam kebutuhan pasien.        Tujuan: untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan stress kerja dengan kesehatan mental perawat dan dokter rawat inap jiwa di RSKD Dadi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: Ada hubungan antara Stress kerja nilai (p=0,055), Problem Focused Coping (p=0,032), Sedangkan Tidak ada hubungan antara Emotional Focused Coping (p=0,336) terhadap kesehatan mental. Dengan stress kerja perawat dan dokter masuk dalam kategori berat berat sehingga diharapkan RSKD Dadi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memperhatikan Kesehatan mental pihak pihak yang terkain seperti, petugas medis, perawat dan dokter penanggungjawab. Kesimpulan: adanya hubungan antara stress kerja dan kefokusan terhadap masalah dengan Kesehatan mental. Sedangkan tidak adanya hubungan antara kefokusan terhadap emosi dengan Kesehatan mental. ABSTRACT Background: Work stress is one of the triggers for mental health decline that will occur in health workers who work in inpatient mental health installations, both nurses and doctors. Mental health nurses focus more on the mental health of patients without ignoring their physical condition. The unstable mental condition of patients requires nurses to be patient in carrying out various roles to find out the various needs of patients. Objective: to determine the management of work stress management on the mental health of nurses and inpatient mental health doctors at Dadi Regional Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. Method: quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The number of samples was 104 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: There is a relationship between Work Stress value (p = 0.055), Problem Focused Coping (p = 0.032), while there is no relationship between Emotional Focused Coping (p = 0.336) to mental health. With the work stress of nurses and doctors included in the heavy category, it is expected that RSKD Dadi, South Sulawesi Province will pay attention to the mental health of the parties involved, such as medical personnel, nurses and doctors in charge. Conclusion: there is a relationship between work stress and focus on problems with mental health. While there is no relationship between focus on emotions with mental health.
