<![CDATA[This research aims to understand the dynamics of social interaction on social media, especially user responses to harassment comments on @anindythaarsa's TikTok account. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the views and attitudes of social media users towards the phenomenon of harassment, as well as the actions taken in response. Literature review with Symbolic Interaction theory as a study of Sociology of Communication. Based on in-depth interviews with informants, it was found that harassment is often triggered by a lack of education about digital ethics, user anonymity, and the normalization of negative trends in online spaces. User responses include politely reprimanding the abuser, blocking or reporting the abuser's account, and ignoring negative comments to maintain mental health. The study also highlights the importance of social and professional support for victims, as well as preventive measures such as improving digital literacy and strengthening platform regulation. This research is expected to provide insights into behavioral patterns of communication on social media and encourage the creation of a safer and more supportive digital environment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika interaksi sosial di media sosial, khususnya respons pengguna terhadap komentar pelecehan pada akun TikTok @anindythaarsa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggali pandangan dan sikap pengguna media sosial terhadap fenomena pelecehan, serta tindakan yang dilakukan sebagai respons. Tinjauan pustaka dengan teori Interaksi Simbolik sebagai kajian Sosiologi Komunikasi. Berdasarkan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber, ditemukan bahwa pelecehan sering kali dipicu oleh kurangnya edukasi tentang etika digital, anonimitas pengguna, serta normalisasi tren negatif di ruang daring. Respons pengguna mencakup menegur pelaku secara sopan, memblokir atau melaporkan akun pelaku, serta mengabaikan komentar negatif untuk menjaga kesehatan mental. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya dukungan sosial dan profesional bagi korban, serta langkah-langkah preventif seperti meningkatkan literasi digital dan memperkuat regulasi platform. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang pola perilaku komunikasi di media sosial dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan suportif.]]>
