Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is essential in construction projects to reduce accident risks and ensure smooth operations. This study analyzes the effectiveness of OSH implementation in Infrastructure Project X using data from questionnaires filled out by workers, contractors, and consultants. The results show that OSH practices are well-implemented, with an average score of 88.16%. Key factors include active communication between supervisors and workers (92.35%), safety monitoring by field managers (90.59%), and quick action on unsafe conditions (90.59%). However, worker involvement in accident investigations scored lower (82.94%). Improving communication, supervision, and worker participation is vital to further enhance OSH practices.
