The aim of this research is to find out whether the teaching games for understanding approach can improve the learning outcomes of the forehand lob badminton game in class V.C students at Pulogebang 01 State Elementary School, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is classroom action research, while the subjects in this research are students from class V.C of Pulogebang 01 State Elementary School, East Jakarta. 32 people. The results of the research showed an increase in learning outcomes for the forehand lob shot in badminton. Initial observations showed that only 15 students (46.88%) achieved the KKM score. In cycle 1 there was a significant increase in the results showing that 21 students (65.63%) achieved the KKM score. Meanwhile, in cycle 2, the results obtained were 26 students (81.25%) who achieved the KKM score. In cycle 2 the results achieved were in accordance with the target, namely 75% of students had achieved the KKM score, in this case 81.25% of students had achieved theĀ KKM score. , so it was not continued in cycle III.
