<![CDATA[Digital health technologies such as telehealth, electronic health records (EHR), and artificial intelligence (AI) have transformed nursing by enhancing patient care, improving workflow efficiency, and expanding healthcare accessibility. This systematic literature review examines the current role of these technologies in nursing practice, focusing on their impact on patient outcomes, workflow optimization, and accessibility of healthcare services. Findings indicate that telehealth increases healthcare access for underserved populations, EHRs improve care coordination and documentation accuracy, and AI supports predictive care and clinical decision-making. However, challenges such as data security, usability, and ethical considerations remain. Addressing these issues through training, system improvements, and ethical guidelines is essential for optimizing the benefits of digital health technologies in nursing. This review provides insights for healthcare providers and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of technology integration and support in advancing nursing practices.]]>
