<![CDATA[In advanced age, there has been a decline in health and a decrease in quality of life. Therefore, Indonesia Ramah Lansia and BKKBN are working together to help improve the quality of life of the elderly to be better by ashering to the rigorous senior school program. The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the “Bahagia” Lance School Program. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include obervations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presesntation, and conclusion drawing. The number of resppondents was 6. The results of the research show that the quality of life of the elderly is seen in (a) physical health with the application of PHBS CERDIK, aging gymnastics, and dishwashing of Isi Piringku; (b) psychological health with understanding of delirium, spiritual activity, and a positive way of thinking; (c) social relationship such as communication, family welfare, and support provided by the family; (d) the environment, environment welfare, the development of hobbies owned, and health services and care for older persons]]>
