This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based school management at SDN Sekaran 01 Semarang Regency. The research focuses on program planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges in school management execution. The study employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving school principals, teachers, and supervisors as research subjects from April to June 2024. The results indicate that quality-based school management implementation is carried out through three main phases: planning, execution, and evaluation. School program planning serves as a systematic framework and resource optimization mechanism. Program implementation involves various quality improvement strategies, including SWOT analysis, systematic problem-solving approaches, and comprehensive program evaluation. Major implementation challenges include limited community participation, resource constraints, and the need for program adaptation to evolving societal demands. This research finds that successful quality-based school management depends on effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adapting to changing educational needs.
