Balanced nutrition is a key factor in improving workers' physical and mental performance. This study explores the existing literature on the relationship between balanced nutritional intake and worker performance. Using a systematic literature review method, 20 journals published within the last ten years were analyzed to examine the impact of balanced nutrition on worker productivity and health. The results reveal that workers with good nutritional status exhibit more optimal physical and mental performance, leading to increased work productivity. Conversely, malnutrition can result in decreased work capacity, fatigue, and higher health risks. This study emphasizes the importance of providing nutritious food in the workplace and educating workers on healthy eating patterns. Balanced nutrition supports long-term health while improving workers' efficiency and quality of life. Companies are encouraged to consider nutritional aspects in employee health programs to foster a more productive and healthy work environment.
