ABSTRACT Introduction: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most severe and dangerous complications of chronic diabetes and is a major cause of disability and poor quality of life. In Europe, the prevalence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is reported to range between 23-29%5 using the Neuropathy Symptom Score (NSS) criteria. This study aimed to test the average value of the temperature sensation of the soles of the feet. Methodology: The research design is a descriptive-analytical method with a survey approach. 57 respondents were taken using the Consecutive Sampling technique based on patient inclusion criteria. The instruments used were respondent data collection sheets and ESDST tools with univariate data analysis. Results: The research results showed that the mean temperature felt by respondents was 47.89℃, median 48.0℃, mode 49.0℃, minimum 38.0℃, maximum 68.0℃. Conclusion: From 57 respondents, the average value was 47.89℃.
