Abstract

Abstrak Posyandu balita dilaksanakan dengan sumber daya yang berasal dari, oleh dan bersama masyarakat. Peran kader menjadi salah satu ujung tombak dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu. Guna mendukung keberhasilan posyandu perlu adanya pembinaan dan peningkatan kapasitas kader. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader posyandu balita tentang posyandu untuk sumber informasi kesehatan bagi ibu dan anak. Pelatihan kader posyandu dihadiri sejumlah 70 kader posyandu Desa Sindumartani. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan di Balai Desa Sindumartani. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kader menjadi lebih baik secara bermakna setelah mengikuti pelatihan tentang posyandu sebagai informasi kesehatan bagi ibu dan anak yakni 81,42 % dalam kategori baik dan 18,58% kategori kurang. Diharapkan hasil pelatihan dapat diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan posyandu balita di Desa Sindumartani sehingga meningkatkan partisipasi kehadiran peserta dan kemanfaatan posyandu.Abstract The toddlers integrated healthcare s carried out with resources derived from, by and with the community. The role of cadres is one of the spearheads in the implementation of integrated healthcare center activities. In order to support the success of the integrated healthcare center, it is necessary to coach and increase the capacity of cadres. The service activity aims to increase the capacity of integrated healthcare center cadres for toddlers related to the role of integrated healthcare center as a source of maternal and child health information. The training of integrated healthcare center cadres was attended by a total of 70 integrated healthcare center cadres of Sindumartani Village. The training activity was carried out for 1 month at the Sindumartani Village Hall. The results of the training activities showed that the knowledge of cadres before and after the training had a significant increase, namely 81.42% in the good category and 18.58% in the poor category. It is hoped that the results of the training can be implemented in the activities of the posyandu for toddlers in Sindumartani Village so as to increase the participation of participants and the benefits of the integrated healthcare center.
