<![CDATA[Eksekusi riil merupakan salah satu upaya hukum yang dilakukan untuk menegakkan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap, terutama dalam kasus sengketa kepemilikan. Artikel ini mengkaji konsep eksekusi riil, mekanisme pelaksanaannya, serta kendala-kendala yang sering muncul dalam praktik. Selain itu, dibahas pula perbedaan penerapan eksekusi terhadap aset bergerak dan tidak bergerak, termasuk aturan-aturan yang berlaku dan peran lembaga peradilan dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap putusan pengadilan. Melalui pendekatan yuridis-normatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai efektivitas eksekusi riil dalam menyelesaikan sengketa kepemilikan serta menawarkan solusi hukum untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ditemui. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat banyak tantangan dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi riil, terutama terkait birokrasi dan resistensi pihak-pihak yang kalah dalam sengketa. Real execution is one of the legal efforts taken to enforce court decisions that have permanent legal force, especially in cases of ownership disputes. This article examines the concept of real execution, its implementation mechanism, and the obstacles that often arise in practice. Apart from that, the differences in the application of execution to movable and immovable assets are also discussed, including the applicable regulations and the role of judicial institutions in ensuring compliance with court decisions. Through a juridical-normative approach, this research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of real execution in resolving ownership disputes and offering legal solutions to overcome the various obstacles encountered. The results of the study show that there are still many challenges in implementing real execution, especially related to bureaucracy and resistance from parties who lose in disputes.]]>
