<![CDATA[Berbagai bidang kehidupan telah terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19, termasuk sistem peradilan. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga keberlangsungan proses hukum di masa pandemi adalah dengan menerapkan persidangan virtual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan persidangan virtual terhadap efektivitas dan aksesibilitas proses peradilan pidana di era pascapandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun persidangan virtual menawarkan berbagai keuntungan dalam hal efisiensi dan aksesibilitas, masih ada masalah besar yang terkait dengan infrastruktur teknologi dan keterbatasan akses bagi orang-orang yang kurang mampu. Various areas of life have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including the justice system. One way to maintain the continuity of the legal process during the pandemic is by implementing virtual trials. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing virtual trials on the effectiveness and accessibility of the criminal justice process in the post-pandemic era. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study. The results show that, although virtual trials offer various advantages in terms of efficiency and accessibility, there are still major problems associated with technological infrastructure and limited access for underprivileged people.]]>
