Sufi meditation is a spiritual practice that has been widely known in the Islamic tradition, especially in the context of Sufism. This practice not only aims to bring oneself closer to God, but will also have a positive impact on the emotional and mental health of individuals. The research in this article aims to explore how Sufi meditation can contribute to reducing stress levels among Semester 1 and 3 students of the Department of Sufism and Psychotherapy UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. With exploratory quantitative methods and questionnaire-based survey techniques and data collected as many as 43 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of respondents 83% through a questionnaire that influenced Sufi meditation and measured stress levels. The results of the study show that students with reduced stress, managing anxiety, and the stress they often face during demanding academic times. The conclusion is that Sufi meditation has a positive impact on overcoming increased stress in students. In addition, Sufi meditation also improves and helps them become more focused, confident, more optimistic, emotionally balanced and grateful. In contrast, a small percentage of respondents, approximately 39%, did not experience the benefits of Sufi meditation.
