In a construction project, it is important to control time, quality, and cost so that the work results are in accordance with the plan. This study aims to determine the results of the analysis and critical events from the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) in time scheduling on the Chandra Tanjung Karang Building construction project. The results of the study indicate that by using the CPM method, the project completion time can be determined in a period of 24 weeks. The critical events obtained include Preparation work (A), Earthwork (B), Substructure work (C1), 2nd floor structure work (C3), Masonry work (E), Frame work (G1), ACP work (H), Painting work (K) and Preparation work (A), Earthwork (B), Substructure work (C1), DAK floor structure work (C6), ACP work (H), CCTV work (T2), Painting work (K) The critical path obtained from start to finish consists of two paths, namely A, B, C1, C3, E, G1, H, K and A, B, C1, C6, H, T2, K
