In the era of globalization at this time, it is necessary to adjust and improve human resources (HR) in order to be able to compete in the development and progress of the times, both in the aspects of education, as well as social and cultural which over time always experience very rapid development. The occurrence of these changes and developments is the impact of technological advancements, which results in competition that is difficult to avoid, all tend to compete with each other to beat each other, which happens to all levels of society both in urban and rural areas from the upper, middle to lower classes. So that in society there is no place without competition. The characteristics that trigger to be at the forefront require transformation and reconstruction in the world of Education, as well as the Islamic Education Management system.
