Abstract The use of digital technology in the classroom has become a necessity in the modern era of education. However, many teachers still need to develop digital competencies in order to effectively integrate technology into their learning. One approach that can be used to facilitate the development of these competencies is through group supervision using workshop techniques. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of using group supervision using workshop techniques in developing teachers' professional and digital competencies. This research method uses the System Literature Review (SLR) and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) approach as research design. The research results show that group supervision using workshop techniques is effective in increasing teachers' understanding of the integration of digital technology in learning, improving teaching skills, and building collaboration between teachers. Group supervision using workshop techniques can be used as an effective model in supporting the development of teachers' professional and digital competencies, thereby encouraging the creation of an innovative and technology-oriented learning environment. Apart from that, participation in workshops also increases teacher motivation and confidence in using technology.
