Humaniresources have an increasingly important role in achieving the goals of a government, private, icorporateiorganization, including Islamic banking. This study aims to find out how the development of human resource competence in Islamic banking, especially at BankiMuamalat Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving EmployeeiPerformance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The main subject of the research is the application of Islamic Work Ethics in improving the quality of work of employees based on indicators of improving employee performance with Bank Muamalat. The methodology used in writing this research is qualitative, especially the employees of Bank Muamalat KCP Blitar with regard to indicators of improving employee performance.
