Abstract

Setiap tahun, jumlah penderita diabetes semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan data dari World Health Organization (WHO), ada sekitar 347 juta orang di dunia menderita diabetes melitus, dan diperkirakan kematian yang disebabkan oleh diabetes akan meningkat dua pertiga kali diantara tahun 2008 sampai 2030. Peningkatan jumlah penderita diabetes disebabkan oleh keterlambatan pemprediksi dan juga karena pola hidup yang tidak sehat. Konsep dari naive bayes dan C4.5 sangat fleksibel terhadap data-data yang kurang tepat serta didasarkan pada bahasa alami. Karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem sebagai alat bantu dalam penentuan apakah pasien itu menderita diabetes melitus atau tidak dengan menggunakan konsep perbandingan algoritma Naive Bayes dan C4.5. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, dapat dikembangkan sebuah teknik data mining dengan memprediksi data pasien teridentifikasi penyakit diabetes dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma C4.5 dan metode Naive Bayes dengan harapan setelah diolah dengan teknik data mining tersebut dapat dihasilkan informasi dalam prediksi data pasien teridentifikasi penyakit diabetes.

Abstract

Sebagai kaum beragama Islam perlunya untuk mengamalkan Al Quran sebagai pedoman hidup. Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an tidak hanya untuk di dunia saja, tetapi juga untuk bekal di akhirat kelak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada anak-anak membaca Al-Qur’an dan memberikan bekal dasar bagi anak-anak agar mampu membca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid dan juga menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada anak-anak ,serta mampu memahami dasar-dasar dinul Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, dengan lokasi pengabdian ditetapkan secara sengaja yaitu dipilih desa Coppo Tompong, Kecamatan Mandalle, Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Setalah dilaksanakanya kegiatan ini, anak-anak sudah mulai bisa membaca dan mengenali dengan baik dan benar huru-huruf dalam Al-Qur’an serta lebih lancar dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Selain mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak membaca dan mengenali dengan baik huruf-hruf dalam Al Quran, temuan lain juga tampak yaitu membantu para orang tua atau guru mengaji yang kewalahan dalam mengajari anak-anknya dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Bimbingan belajar membaca Al-Qur’an dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami anak-anak selama belajar membaca Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the internal control system in bai' taqsith financing activities at the Ammar Madani Ummah Sharia Consumer Cooperative by discussing in detail the following elements of internal control: elements of separation of duties and responsibilities, authority systems and recording procedures, healthy practices and employees of appropriate quality. This research is a type of case study research with a qualitative approach with the type of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results showed that the internal control system applied to the Ammar Madani Ummah Sharia Consumer Cooperative was quite good and fulfilled the elements of internal control in the form of elements of separation of duties and responsibilities, authority systems and recording procedures, healthy practices and employees of appropriate quality. However, there are several weaknesses that occur, namely the task trap by the service function which doubles into the cashier function. The occurrence of inefficiencies in the procedures carried out due to data re-input. Authorization systems are less reliable, usually only through whatsapp media.

Abstract

Hasnur Polytechnic is a private educational institution located in Barito Kuala Regency. Currently Hasnur Polytechnic already has an information system that is intended to improve operational service activities such as HR Systems, Academic Systems, Payroll Systems, Internship Systems, Web Profile Systems. However, in this case, it is necessary to improve the quality of academic services in terms of re-registration and application for student leave, which was implemented before the existence of the system required a lot of time because management was carried out in an unsystematic manner. In designing this system, the Waterfall method is applied, starting from the communication stage to the construction stage. As for the process of communication stages of collecting the required data, it is requested directly from the relevant parties, namely the Academic Administration Section of the Hasnur Polytechnic. In the system design stage described using DFD. At the construction stage the system is carried out using the Laravel framework, and applying programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySql Queries). In the final stage in the system aspect using Blackbox Testing, with 100% successful test results according to the design of functional requirements and running according to its function.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to determine the development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing in encouraging the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises UMKM. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative descriptive research type, which utilizes a literature study approach. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The research results show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) gives a big priority to funding for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector, which is a type of productive financing, namely IDR 41.91 trillion from the previous year in 2021 of IDR 39. 4 trillion. This is in line with the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API) framework, the pillars of which are to encourage a national banking structure through financial support for UMKM financing. However, if you look at the percentage development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing for UMKM, it has decreased, from 8.36% in 2021 to 6.37% in 2022. This shows that the financing channeled by bank mergers in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) experienced a decline. Correspondingly, there are around 60 million UMKM in Indonesia. As many as 77.6 percent or 46.6 million of the 60 million UMKM have not had access to bank financing.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the 4th ranking for the halal industry in the world with a majority Muslim population which is considered less optimal in managing the growth of the halal industry compared to other countries in various sectors. This research aims to examine whether the existence of BSI can encourage the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative descriptive research type, which utilizes a literature study approach. The research results show that. BSI has distributed financing to the halal value chain sector Rp. 18 trillion, consisting of financing for the halal food and beverage subsector Rp. 9 trillion, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics Rp. 7 trillion, and fashion and fashion Rp. 3 trillion. Abstract

LGBT behavior is a form of negative behavior because this behavior is seen as inconsistent with the norms prevailing in society. On average, a lesbian is aware of his homosexuality since he was a teenager. In his research, three general factors were found in the formation of sexual identity in adolescents. This study aims to describe the behavior of adolescents towards lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) behavior in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru in 2018. Type of quantitative research with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all 829 students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru with a sample of 89 people. The data was collected using the stratifield proportional random sampling method. The data were processed in a univariate way. The results obtained from the knowledge of the majority of adolescents have sufficient knowledge, amounting to 68 people (76%), the attitude of the majority of adolescents is negative 56 people (63%) and the majority of adolescent actions do not do 71 people (80%). For future researchers to be able to carry out further research such as factors that influence adolescent behavior or quantitative research with analytic designs at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Episiotomy is a rupture made in the perinea between the vaginal open and the anus to release the baby. Episiotomy is not recommended because it may lead to an increase in the amount of blood lost. The number of events in the field of obstetrics around the world in 2009 accrued 2.7 million cases of perineal rupture wounds in mothers. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of episiotomy in labor to the incidence of perineal rupture in the maternal mother at the Ernita maternity clinic. This research is quantitative research with analytical design. The population in this research is all maternal mothers at Ernita maternity hospital as many as 95 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the total population that is sampling from all mother maternity data. The results showed that of 54 people (57%) who performed the episiotomy action in the majority of labor perineal rupture that is as many as 35 people (37%). Chi-square test results there is a relationship between episiotomy in labor to the incidence of perineal rupture in the maternal maternal mother where the p value is 0.040 <0.05. It is desirable for midwives to reduce the action of episiotomy by doing proper labor delivery.

Abstract

Introduction: The number of children confirmed with COVID-19 in Indonesia remains high compared to other countries (12.2%). 13.6% of all cases are hospitalized in quarantine rooms. This study aims to describe children with confirmed COVID-19 who have been hospitalized in Makassar, Indonesia.Methods: This pilot study was conducted in Makassar City, one of the cities in Indonesia with a high number of COVID-19 cases, in October 2021. A total of 25 children participated through consecutive sampling. This study consisted of children hospitalized in January-August 2021 who had confirmed COVID-19 and were admitted to quarantine or non-quarantine rooms. Inclusion criteria were children under 18 years old and parents who volunteered to complete the questionnaire based on COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines. The questionnaire focused on child and parent characteristics, COVID-19 symptoms, and the number of confirmed cases. Results: Of the 25 children hospitalized with confirmed COVID-19, 76% were hospitalized in quarantine rooms, 72% were boys, and their ages ranged from 0 to 13 years. The average number of siblings was 2.64±1.63, and the average length of hospital stay was 7.88±3.03 days. The most common symptoms were fever (68%), cough (44%), and diarrhea (28%). The majority of children had two symptoms (40%), were confirmed with COVID-19 once (84%), and were hospitalized one time (95%).Conclusions: The main characteristics of hospitalized children with confirmed COVID-19 are non-school age and boys. They have multiple symptoms, and fever is the most common. A holistic approach to treating all children hospitalized with COVID-19 should be taken. This study can be used as a baseline for formulating strategies and guidelines for preventing prolonged effects and treating hospitalized children with COVID-19.Keywords: COVID-19 in children; confirmed children; COVID-19 symptom; hospitalized children
