Background: Peel-off gel facial mask is a cosmetic skin treatment that is applied in gel form. Antioxidants can help stabilize free radicals by contributing to the lack of electrons and inhibiting the chain reactions that free radicals produce. Purpose: To find out the results of the evaluation of the red dragon fruit (hylocereus polyrhizus) peel off gel facial mask preparation. Method: This research uses an experimental method with a descriptive approach which includes organoleptic physical evaluation tests, pH tests, viscosity tests, spreadability tests, adhesion tests, dry time tests, and hedonic tests. Results: The results of the research with variations in the concentration of red dragon fruit juice of 0.5%, 0.5%, and 0.75% produced a homogeneous red dragon fruit peel off gel mask preparation, good color, pH of the preparation 5. The viscosity produced by formula 1 was 2105 , formula 2 is 300 cps, and formula 3 is 4050 cps. The drying time for the peel off gel mask preparation in formula 1 is 18 minutes, formula 2 is 17 minutes, and formula 3 is 15 minutes. The spreadability of the preparation in formula 1 is 7 cm, formula 2 is 6.5 cm, formula 3 is 6 cm. The adhesive strength of the preparation in formula 1 is 2 minutes, formula 2 is 5 minutes, and formula 3 is 6 minutes. The panelists' preference test showed that formula 2 was superior with a color score of 36%, aroma 35% and texture 38%. Conclusion: The formulation of this peel off gel facial mask means that each concentration variation has different characteristics and influences the evaluation of the preparation. Red dragon fruit can be used as an active ingredient in peel-off gel facial masks. Antioksidan dapat membantu menstabilkan radikal bebas dengan berkontribusi terhadap kekurangan elektron dan menghambat reaksi berantai yang dihasilkan radikal bebas. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi sediaan masker wajah gel peel off buah naga merah (hylocereus polyrhizus) Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekspierimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang meliputi uji evaluasi fisik organoleptik, uji pH, uji viskositas, uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat, uji waktu kering, dan uji hedonik. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dengan variasi konsentrasi sari buah naga merah 0..5%, 0.5%, dan 0.75% menghasilkan sediaan masker gel peel off buah naga merah yang homogen, warna yang baik, pH sediaan 5. Viskositas yang dihasilkan formula 1 yaitu 2105, formula 2 yaitu 300 cps, dan formula 3 yaitu 4050 cps. Waktu mengering sediaan masker gel peel off pada formula 1 yaitu 18 menit, formula 2 yaitu 17 menit, dan formula 3 yaitu 15 menit. Daya sebar sediaan pada formula 1 yaitu 7 cm, formula 2 yaitu 6.5 cm, formula 3 yaitu 6 cm. Daya lekat sediaan pada formula 1 yaitu 2 menit, formula 2 yaitu 5 menit, dan formula 3 yaitu 6 menit. Uji kesukaan pada panelis menunjukan bahwa formula 2 lebih unggul dengan skor warna 36%, aroma 35%, dan tekstur 38%. Simpulan: Formulasi masker wajah gel peel off ini yaitu setiap variasi konsentrasi memiliki karakteristik dan mempengaruhi evaluasi sediaan yang berbeda.
