Perencanaan karir siswa membantu mereka dalam memilih rencana pekerjaan dan jenis pendidikan masa depan yang ingin mereka kejar. Akan tetapi fenomena yang terdapat di sekolah adalah belum tercapainya kematangan karir siswa yang cukup dan kematangan karir siswa di sekolah belum terekspos. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan informasi karir yang menggunakan media website dapat membantu siswa kelas XI SMAN 5 Kota Serang lebih memahami perencanaan karir. Quasi Experimental Design adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 541 siswa yang merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Purposive sampling adalah metode yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengambilan sampel. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan dari total 541 siswa, sebanyak 16 siswa berada pada kategori rendah dan akan mendapatkan treatment. Dua kelompok yang masing-masing terdiri dari delapan siswa—kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol—diberi perlakuan. Survei perencanaan karir dan wawancara terstruktur digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank dan analisis Gain Score merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank mendapatkan nilai Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) bernilai 0.011. Sebagaimana melihat pada pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.011 lebih rendah daripada 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian artinya ada keberhasilan pengaruh Layanan Informasi Karir Berbasis Website Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Perencanaan Karir Siswa SMA Kelas 11. Kata Kunci : Perencanaan Karir, Layanan Informasi Karir, Website ABSTRACT Students' career planning helps them in choosing their job plans and the type of future education they want to pursue. However, the phenomenon in schools is that sufficient student career maturity has not been achieved and the career maturity of students in school has not been exposed. The purpose of this study is to find out whether career information services that use website media can help grade XI students of SMAN 5 Serang City better understand career planning. Quasi Experimental Design is the research method used in this study. The quasi-experimental design used in this study is a pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. The population in this study is 541 students who are grade XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City. Purposive sampling is a method used in sampling procedures. The results of the pre-test showed that out of a total of 541 students, as many as 16 students were in the low category and would receive treatment. Two groups of eight students each—the experimental group and the control group—were given treatment. Career planning surveys and structured interviews are used as data collection methods. The analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test and the Gain Score analysis were the data analysis methods used. Based on the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test, the Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) value was 0.011. As seen in hypothesis decision-making, a value of 0.011 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it means that there is a successful influence of Website-Based Career Information Services to Improve the Understanding of Career Planning for Grade 11 High School Students.
