Professional leadership at the village level is vital for the effective functioning of local organizations and the achievement of their goals. In Oben Village, Kupang Regency, the Village Head plays a crucial role in motivating and directing village officials to ensure efficient service delivery. However, issues such as delays in administrative services and non-compliance with established service standards have been observed, including slow processing of livestock ownership documents. This study investigates the influence of the Village Head's leadership style on the work effectiveness of village officials. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from 22 respondents through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis, conducted using simple linear regression, aims to determine how leadership style affects the performance and service quality of village officials in Oben Village
