This study aims to analyze the understanding of students in class XI C at MA YMPI RAPPANG regarding fiqh material related to hudud law. The topic of hudud in fiqh is considered complex and controversial, requiring a deep understanding of the concepts and their application in Islamic law. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including written tests, interviews, and direct observation of teaching and learning activities. The research subjects are the students of class XI C. The results show that the students' understanding of the hudud material is still limited, with most students finding the topic difficult to comprehend due to a lack of understanding about its contextual application in modern society, as well as insufficient explanation from the teacher. Factors affecting students' understanding include teaching methods, limited learning resources, and a lack of in-depth discussion on hudud law. This study recommends that the teaching of hudud material be supplemented with a more contextual and practical approach, and that more dialogues and discussions be conducted to improve students' understanding.
