ABSTRAK Seiring bertambahnya usia, Pada lansia akan muncul beberapa masalah, dimana salah satu masalah fisik dan biologis yang muncul adalah jatuh. Strategi pencegahan jatuh merupakan intervensi penting pada semua individu lanjut usia. Pencegahan jatuh dapat menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian pada lansia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kekuatan fisik lansia dengan latiahn senam Otago sebagai upaya pencegahan resiko jatuh. Metode kegiatan dengan demontrasi latihan senam Otago secara terbimbing. Sasaran pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah lansia di PPS Griya lansia Garut. kehadiran lansia yang mengikuti kegiatan senam Otago mencapai 58% (43 org), semua lansia dapat mengikuti gerakan senam Otago. Program Latihan Otago efektif dalam melatih keseimbangan dan pencegahan resiko jatuh pada lansia. Kata Kunci: Resiko Jatuh, Latihan Otago, Lansia ABSTRACT Introduction: As we get older, in the elderly there will be several problems, where one of the physical and biological problems that arise is falling. Fall prevention strategies are an important intervention in all elderly individuals. Fall prevention can reduce the rate of illness and death in the elderly. Purpose: The purpose of this service activity is to increase the physical strength of the elderly by practicing Otago gymnastics as an effort to prevent the risk of falling. Methods: Activity method with a demonstration of Otago exercises in a guided manner. The target of the implementation of the activity is the elderly at PPS Griya Lansia Garut. Results: the attendance of the elderly who participated in Otago exercise reached 58% (43), all elderly people were able to participate in Otago exercise movements.
