Abstract

Abstrak: Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, adaptasi teknologi digital sangat penting, terutama di sektor pendidikan dan kewirausahaan. Pelatihan digital marketing dalam program pengabdian masyarakt pemula bagi guru dan santripreneur di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Cikarang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam pemasaran digital, serta mengasah soft skill seperti kreativitas dan komunikasi digital, serta hard skill seperti strategi pemasaran online dan penggunaan platform digital. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 141 peserta, terdiri dari 130 santri dan 11 guru, menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuis dan diskusi. Situs web yang dikembangkan selama pelatihan terbukti efektif sebagai platform promosi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan 80% dalam pengetahuan dan keahlian digital marketing mencapai 75%, serta kepercayaan diri tinggi dalam penerapan teknik yang dipelajari. Program ini merekomendasikan pelatihan digital marketing lanjutan, peningkatan konten, dan pemeliharaan situs web untuk manfaat berkelanjutan.Abstract: In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, adapting to digital technology is crucial, especially in the education and entrepreneurship sectors. The digital marketing training in the beginner community service program for teachers and santripreneurs at Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Cikarang aims to enhance their competencies in digital marketing, while also honing soft skills such as creativity and digital communication, and hard skills such as online marketing strategies and the use of digital platforms. This training was attended by 141 participants, consisting of 130 students and 11 teachers, using both lectures and practical methods. Evaluation was conducted through quizzes and discussions. The website developed during the training proved effective as a promotional platform. The results showed an 80% increase in digital marketing knowledge and expertise, reaching 75%, along with high confidence in applying the learned techniques. The program recommends further digital marketing training, content improvement, and website maintenance to ensure long-term benefits.
