<![CDATA[The Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School has an ongoing program that focuses on enhancing Arabic language skills and Fiqh through the ‘Kitab’ Recitation Competition. Arabic language studies in this competition are conducted using the yellow ‘kitab’, as the boarding school employs this book as its teaching material. Therefore, this study aims to observe the role of the ‘Kitab’ Recitation Competition, specifically in Arabic language learning, including speaking skills, reading skills, as well as grammatical rules and translation. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, gathering data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data are then analyzed using triangulation, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The findings indicate that the ‘Kitab’ Recitation Competition held at the boarding school plays a significant role in Arabic language learning, as evidenced from the preparation process to the implementation. ]]>
