The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style and work motivation variables, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of employees at PT TDW Resources Tangerang. This research employs a quantitative associative research method, using data collected through questionnaires processed with SPSS 25 software. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 63 employees. Data collection techniques involved both primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-tests, and F-tests The results of this study indicate that: Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of the leadership style variable on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the t-value (????◻????????????????????) of 9.720 > 1.670 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of the work motivation variable on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the t-value (????◻????????????????????) of 10.885 > 1.670 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the F-value (????◻????????????????????) of 70.416, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.15. Therefore, the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant simultaneous impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang.
