<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di Kepolisian Resort Kota Makassar. Tipe penelitian ini adalah empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas penyidikan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana tanpa izin mengakses sistem elektronik milik orang lain di Kepolisian Resor Soppeng kurang berjalan secara efektif, dikarenakan pada proses penyidikan pihak Penyidik kesulitan menemukan pelaku dan barang bukti pelaku sehingga pada saat penerapan sanksi pidannya yang kemudian dituangan kedalam Berita Acara Pemeriksaan oleh Penyidik memakan waktu cukup lama. 2). Faktor yang menghambat penyidikan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana tanpa izin mengakses sistem elektronik milik orang lain di Kepolisian Resor Soppeng, terdapat beberapa aspek yang menghambat proses penyidikan oleh Penyidik antara lain: Alat bukti; Saksi; Penyidik. The research objective is to analyze the law enforcement against criminal acts of theft with weights in the Makassar City Resort Police. This type of research is empirical. The author's research results found that: 1).
