<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi hukum waris dalam pembagian warisan di masyarakat adat Ammatoa menurut perspektif kompilasi hukum Islam dan faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi hukum waris Islam dalam pembagian warisan adat Ammatoa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembagian warisan di Masyarakat Adat Ammatoa tidak berlandaskan petunjuk pembagian warisan sebagaimana dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam, namun pembagian warisan di Masyarakat adat Ammatoa masih mempertahankan kebiasaan pembagian warisan yang sudah ada secara turun temurun yang dipedomani oleh Masyarakat adat Ammatoa, sistem ini disebut Pasang Ri Kajang (Pesan atau Aturan Adat). The research objective is to analyze the implementation of inheritance law in the distribution of inheritance in the Ammatoa traditional community according to the perspective of a compilation of Islamic law and the factors that influence the implementation of Islamic inheritance law in the distribution of Ammatoa traditional inheritance. This research uses empirical legal research methods. The results of the research show that the distribution of inheritance in the Ammatoa Indigenous Community is not based on the instructions for the distribution of inheritance as in the Compilation of Islamic Law, however, the distribution of inheritance in the Ammatoa Indigenous Community still maintains the inheritance distribution habits that have existed for generations which the Ammatoa Indigenous Community guides, this system is called Pasang—Ri Kajang (Traditional Messages or Rules).]]>
