This study aims to examine the effect of the talking stick leaming model on the learning outcomes of Grade VIII students in reviewing fictional works at SMP Negeri 1 Paguyaman. The research employs a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population consists of all 111 eighth-grade students. The sample, celected through purposive sampling, includes 54 students: 27 students from Grade VIII.2 as the experimental group using the talking stick model and 27 students from Grade VIII. 4 as the control group using a conventional learning model.
