This study aims to explore the role of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in schools, with a focus on MTs Darul Ulum Budi Agung Medan. Through the analysis of seven related articles and interviews with resource persons, it was found that effective management of facilities and infrastructure, such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and sports facilities, contribute significantly to the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. The research also identified challenges faced, such as budget constraints and maintenance of aging facilities, as well as the importance of teachers' creativity in utilizing facilities and infrastructure to create engaging learning experiences. The results show that with careful planning, proper procurement and support for teachers' creativity, schools can create an optimal learning environment for students.Keyword: Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Learning Quality, Education
