<![CDATA[Meskipun UMKM di negara Indonesia terus meningkat, namun masih diantaranya masih banyak yang sulit berkembang, atau bahkan gagal. Menurunnya kinerja dapat dilihat dari kemampuan UMKM untuk bertahan, tumbuh dan berkembang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa UMKM yang tidak bertahan dalam jangka waktu yang lama atau usahanya tidak berkelanjutan terus menerus. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pemilik UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat dengan total sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman berwirausaha, inovasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja UMKM. Although MSMEs in Indonesia continue to increase, many of them are still difficult to develop, or even fail. Declining performance can be seen from the ability of MSMEs to survive, grow and develop, this can be seen from several MSMEs that do not survive for a long time or their business is not sustainable continuously. The sample selection technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a convenience sampling method. The sample in this study were owners of culinary MSMEs in West Jakarta with a total sample of 85 respondents. The data was analyzed using the SEM method with the SmartPLS 4.1 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial experience, innovation and self-efficacy on the performance of MSMEs.]]>
