<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepusan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja, kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Dengan pengaplikasian statistic deskriptif menggunakan data kuantitatif dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dan aplikasi Smart PLS Versi 4, dengan jumlah sampel 83 orang Karyawan Hotel Batiqa Palembang. Ditemukan Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadp disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on work discipline, job satisfaction on work discipline, competence on organizational commitment, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, competence on work discipline through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. This study used descriptive statistics with quantitative data and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the Smart PLS Version 4 application, with a sample size of 83 employees of the Batiqa Hotel Palembang. It was found that there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on work discipline, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. There was a positive and insignificant effect of competence on work discipline and competence on work discipline through organizational commitment.
