Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengethui perlakuan yang lebih efektif antara latihan rope-skipping dan box jumps untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada pemain SSB Undip usia 16-18 tahun Kota Semarang Tahun 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Ekseprimen menggunakan Matched Subject Design. Teknik pengambilan adalah sampel jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 24 orang. Variabel penelitian meliputi latihan rope-skipping dan box jumps sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil kemampuan menggiring bola variabel terikat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan kolmogorof-smirnov tes, dan uji homogenitas dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Latihan rope-skipping memberikan peningkatan sebesar 0,6158 detik dan latihan box jumps memberikan peningkatan sebesar 0,7917 detik terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada pemain SSB Undip usia 16-18 tahun kota Semarang tahun 2014.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to find out which method is more appropriate to be applied to players aged 16-18 years SSB Undip Semarang 2014. The method used is Experimental research using matched by subject design. Making a total sampling technique with a population of 24 people sampled all. The research variables include rope-skipping exercise and box jumps as independent variables and the results dribbling ability dependent variable. Collecting data using test and measurement techniques. To test the hypothesis using statistical parametric kolmogorof-Smirnov test and homogeneity test with t test.  The results showed that: Exercise rope-skipping providing increased by 0.6158 seconds box jumps and exercises provide an increase of 0.7917 seconds for the player dribbling ability SSB Undip aged 16-18 Semarang 2014. Suggestions author: 1) to coach box jumps should use exercises to improve the ability of the appropriate portion of practice dribbling player. 2) for researchers so that no further research on exercise rope-skipping and box jumps.
