The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the LSP UMKM Profesional Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, while the analysis method applied is simple linear regression with equation methods. The sample for this study consists of 30 employees, and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are included as samples. Data analysis was performed using Simple Linear Regression, hypothesis testing was conducted using the coefficient of determination (R²), partial test (t-test), and data processing was done using SPSS 26. The results of this study show that the interpersonal communication variable is able to explain the variation in employee performance. Furthermore, partially, the interpersonal communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance at LSP UMKM Profesional Indonesia. The results of the study indicate a significant and positive effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This is demonstrated by the simple linear regression result Y = 10,542+0,710X, with a coefficient of determination of 55%, and the remaining 45% is explained by other factors not included in this regression model.
