This article presents a comprehensive analysis of various education policies that have been implemented in various regions in Indonesia. Through the literature review method, this study identifies reviews and evaluates various studies that have been published on the impact and effectiveness of education policies. The main focus of this review is to understand how such policies contribute to improving education quality, educational accessibility, and educational equity across various socio-economic contexts. The analysis was conducted on literature covering a wide range of educational reforms, from implementing new curricula and using technology in education to inclusive education policies and policies promoting gender and social equality. This article combines findings from various studies to present a broad picture of challenges, successes, and failures in education policy implementation. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers in designing future more effective and inclusive education strategies
