Abstract Human resources (HR) have an important role in achieving organizational goals. Based on surveys and interviews, it was found that the main obstacles in DPMPTSP performance are the lack of work discipline and low awareness of information technology, which hinders online licensing services. This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Career Development, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study was 45 respondents and used saturated samples for sampling. The results of the study showed that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.869> t table 2.0141, career development had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.174> t table 2.0141, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.590> t table 2.0141 and motivation, career development, and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 471.915> F table 2.61 and a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. Berdasarkan survei dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa kendala utama dalam kinerja DPMPTSP adalah kurangnya disiplin kerja dan rendahnya kesadaran akan teknologi informasi, yang menghambat layanan perizinan online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpada Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dan menggunakan sampel jenuh untuk pengambilan sampel Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 4,869 > t tabel 2,0141, pengembangan karir berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 3,174 > t tabel 2,0141, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,590 > t tabel 2,0141 serta motivasi, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 471,915 > F tabel 2,61 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
