Abstract

Breadfruit chips or also known as ‘kripik sukun’ are a snack made from thinly sliced breadfruit, which is a starchy tropical fruit. They are typically fried or baked until crispy and seasoned with salt or other spices. Popular in many tropical regions, breadfruit chips offer a unique, crunchy alternative to traditional potato chips. The research focuses on the impact of social media promotions (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) on purchasing decisions in marketing management. The objective is to analyze this impact both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 94 respondents who shopped at breadfruit chips SMEs in Kediri through 3 social media platforms. Data collection was done through questionnaires and analysis techniques such as validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research results showed a regression equation of Y = 2.519 + 0.247X1 + 0.463X2 + 0.273X3 + e. The research hypothesis confirmed that WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at breadfruit chip SMEs in Kediri. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for marketing managers in SMEs, helping them understand the importance of utilizing social media platforms effectively to influence consumer behavior and drive sales.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of unique products, viral marketing, and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce for SMEs selling bitter melon chips in Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach and includes all consumers who have made purchases from these SMEs through shopee in the last 2 months, resulting in a total of 95 respondents. The data collection process involves the use of questionnaires, and the analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique employed in this study is saturated sampling. The research findings indicate that: 1) Unique products do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce for bitter melon chips SMEs in Kediri, as the significance value is 0.828> 0.05, leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis. 2) Viral marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions at bitter melon chip SMEs in Kediri, with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, supporting the acceptance of the second hypothesis. 3) Consumer reviews also have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for bitter melon chips in Kediri, with a significance value of 0.01 <0.05, confirming the acceptance of the third hypothesis.

Abstract

The focus of this research discusses the problems of the influence of advertising and tourist attractions on the decision to visit Pagung Agrowisata Kediri. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising and tourist attractions on tourists' visitation decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of visitors between February 2023 and March 2023, totaling 378 visitors. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 79 respondents was obtained. The data collection method used a survey with the main instrument being a questionnaire. The analysis technique used inferential statistics, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of this study indicate that the advertising variable has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant t-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The tourist attraction variable also has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant t-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, advertising and tourist attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant F-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for further understanding the relationship between advertising strategies and tourist attractions with visitation decisions

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the lack of optimal work supervision and discipline of the state civil apparatus. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of supervision and discipline on the performance of ASN in the District Office of Responsibilitygunung, Tulungagung Regency. The study used a quantitative approach, with a population of 51 people consisting of 45 ASN and 6 Non ASN. The sample was selected as many as 45 respondents with purposive sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics through validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and research hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the findings of the regression equation Y = 24,532 + 0,552 X1 + 0,203 X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the value was significant. t (0.004) <0.05 means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between work supervision on employee performance. Significant value. t (0.002) <0.05, which means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Discipline on the Performance of the Officers of the District Office of Tanggunggunung Tulungagung. Simultaneously supervision and work discipline have an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount 23,024 > Ftable = 2,810 and the value of Sig. F of 0.010 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse whether the liquidity, effectiveness, and size of the company affect the devidend policy on the food and beverage Sub-sector manufacturing company registered in the Indonesian capital market Period from 2013 to 2017 both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study amounted to 18 companies. By using purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 6 companies as samples. Data collection is done by documentation techniques, library studies, and web searching. Financial report Data is obtained through the official website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used are using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results showed that the company's liquidity, effectiveness, and size were significantly influential on the dividend policy. Partial liquidity and effectiveness has no significant effect on the devidend policy, while the company's partial size has significant effect on the devidend policy. The adjusted value of R Square (adjusted R2) in this study amounted to 0.182, this means that 18.2% of the dividend policy variation can be explained by the liquidity, effectiveness, and size of the company. The remaining 81.8% is explained by other factors that can affect the dividend policy.

Abstract

The influence of work facilities and servant leadership which consists of teacher performance variables, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable is very important to know how much influence it has on job satisfaction at SMAN I Karangrejo Tulungagung. By knowing this relationship, it is expected that SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung to further improve the work facilities and servant leadership in the school so that teacher performance is getting better through the level of job satisfaction in teachers. The sampling technique in this study used non-popbability sampling method with saturated sampling type. While the samples taken were all teachers at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. From the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that work facilities have a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, servant leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, work facilities on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a positive and significant effect, and servant leadership on performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect. Pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan servant leadership yang terdiri dari variabel kinerja guru, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMAN I Karangrejo Tulungagung. Dengan mengetahui hubungan tersebut, diharapkan pihak SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung untuk lebih meningkatkan fasilitas kerja dan servant leadership yang ada di sekolah agar kinerja guru semakin baik melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja pada guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-popbability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah semua guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, servant leadership berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signikan, dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract Human resources (HR) have an important role in achieving organizational goals. Based on surveys and interviews, it was found that the main obstacles in DPMPTSP performance are the lack of work discipline and low awareness of information technology, which hinders online licensing services. This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Career Development, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study was 45 respondents and used saturated samples for sampling. The results of the study showed that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.869> t table 2.0141, career development had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.174> t table 2.0141, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.590> t table 2.0141 and motivation, career development, and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 471.915> F table 2.61 and a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Motivation, Career Development, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Abstrak Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Berdasarkan survei dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa kendala utama dalam kinerja DPMPTSP adalah kurangnya disiplin kerja dan rendahnya kesadaran akan teknologi informasi, yang menghambat layanan perizinan online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpada Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dan menggunakan sampel jenuh untuk pengambilan sampel Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 4,869 > t tabel 2,0141, pengembangan karir berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 3,174 > t tabel 2,0141, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,590 > t tabel 2,0141 serta motivasi, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 471,915 > F tabel 2,61 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
