<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to identify the effects of Lean construction, which consists of material management, time efficiency, and cost effectiveness, on the performance of XYZ housing project. Lean construction is an approach that seeks efficiency and reduce overspending. The data of this mixed-method research was harvested from interviews and 5-point Likert-scaled questionnaires, distributed to 32 employees of XYZ housing project as the respondents. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 25.0. the results indicate that material management significantly influences the project performance, that time efficiency significantly impact the project performance, and cost effectiveness significantly affects the project performance. This research provides a deep insight that is useful in improving the performance of the XYZ housing project. Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lean construction yang terdiri dari variabel Manajemen Material, efisiensi waktu, dan efektivitas biaya terhadap Kinerja Proyek pada Proyek Perumahan XYZ. Lean Construction merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dab mengurangi pemborosan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penlitian campuran. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert lima poin. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh kepada 32 responden. Karakteristik dari responden adalah karyawan dari Proyek Perumahan XYZ. Alat Analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS 25.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan wawancara untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel Manajemen Material berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Proyek, variabel efisiensi waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Proyek, dan variabel efektivitas biaya berpengaruh signifikan Kinerja Proyek. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam untuk meningkatkan kinerja proyek pada Proyek Perumahan XYZ.]]>
