Abstract

The objective of this research is to asses and explain the effects of (1) work motivation on nurse’s performance, (2) work discipline on nurse’s performance, and (3) work motivation and work discipline on nurse performance. The data of this quantitative explanatory study was analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate that (1) work motivation positively and significantly influences nurse’s performance, (2) that work discipline positively affects the nurse’s performance, and (3) that work motivation and work discipline have positive and significant impacts on the nurse performance.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan: 1) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat; 2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat; 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier dan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat; 2) disiplin kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat; 3) motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
