Abstrak Latar Belakang: Secara global angka prevalensi defisiensi zat besi masih sangat tinggi pada ibu hamil di seluruh dunia adalah sebesar 43,9%. Prevalensi defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil diperkirakan di Asia sebesar 49,4%, Afrika 59,1%, Amerika 28,1% dan Eropa 26,1% (WHO, 2018). Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi tentang efektifitas standar tablet tambah darah bagi ibu hamil berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 88 tahun 2014 terhadap kasus anemia di UPTD Puskesmas Larompong Kab. Luwu. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil indikator output dari segi cakupan pemberian TTD di Puskesmas Larompong Kab. luwu berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada koordinator kegiatan pemberian TTD sebesar 80 %. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci dan informan pendukung didapatkan informasi bahwa prevalensi anemia pada kelompok sasaran mencapai 80 % ibu hamil yang mengkomsumsi TTD selama kehamilan tidak mengalami anemia. Kesimpulan: Aspek input merupakan tugas tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam program pemberian TTD. Proses merupakan ketersediaan TTD dilaksanakan melalui jalur pemerintah. Segi output merupakan cakupan program pemberian TTD belum mencapai target SPM dan outcome merupakan jumlah prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil sebanyak 80% ibu hamil tidak mengalami anemia setelah mengkomsumsi obat TTD. Abstract Background: Globally, the prevalence of iron deficiency is still very high in pregnant women worldwide at 43.9%. The prevalence of iron deficiency in pregnant women is estimated in Asia at 49.4%, Africa at 59.1%, the Americas at 28.1% and Europe at 26.1% (WHO, 2018). Objective: To identify the effectiveness of the standard of blood supplement tablets for pregnant women based on the Minister of Health Regulation number 88 of 2014 on anemia cases at UPTD Puskesmas Larompong Kab. Luwu. Method: The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Results: The results of the output indicators in terms of the coverage of TTD administration at Puskesmas Larompong, Luwu Regency based on the results of interviews conducted with the coordinator of TTD administration activities amounted to 80%. Based on the results of interviews with key informants and supporting informants, information was obtained that the prevalence of anemia in the target group reached 80% of pregnant women who consumed TTD during pregnancy did not experience anemia. Conclusion: The input aspect is the task of health workers involved in the TTD program. Process is the availability of TTD implemented through government channels. The output aspect is the coverage of the TTD program has not reached the SPM target and the outcome is the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women as much as 80% of pregnant women do not experience anemia after consuming TTD drugs.
