The character of Al-Islam Muhammadiyah is the core of education provided by Muhammadiyah and Aisyiah Universities. Cultivating this character is an important element that must be pursued so that students become individuals who have moral character. Theoretically, character education not only increases students' knowledge aspects but also develops affective aspects through implementation and refraction in everyday life. In principle, the values of Al-Islam Muhammadiyah are not only to be understood but need to be applied. The focus of this research is to describe and analyze the efforts of the academic community of the Faculty of Health Sciences in increasing knowledge, familiarizing and implementing Al-Islam Muhammadiyah values in the campus environment. The research method implemented is qualitative with data mining methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research practically increase knowledge of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah carried out through lectures, training, workshops and Islamic studies. The habituation efforts are carried out through mentoring activities to read the Al-Qur'an, worship according to the Muhammadiyah tarjih decision, habituation to mahdhah and ghoiru mahdhah worship, habituation to good behavior and attitudes according to AIK values in the campus environment. The implementation of AIK is carried out through being active in Muhammadiyah recitation activities, obtaining Muhammadiyah membership cards, social service in Muhammadiyah charities and increasing missionary competence.
