This research aims to describe the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Fiqh learning at MIN 2 South Tangerang. This descriptive qualitative research examines curriculum components including objectives, teaching materials, methods, media, and learning evaluation. The data collection method is carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with the main data sources being Merdeka Curriculum teachers and students. The results showed that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school was carried out with a student-centered learning approach, using hands-on methods, projects, and digital media. Teachers apply innovative strategies to integrate the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in Fiqh learning. Despite facing limited infrastructure and teaching materials, teachers show creativity by utilizing simple media and adapting teaching materials from the previous curriculum. Supporting factors for successful implementation include regular training, teacher creativity, and collaboration between educators. This research provides a practical description of the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Fiqh learning and can be a reference for developing the quality of education in madrasah. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran fikih di MIN 2 Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini mengkaji komponen-komponen kurikulum meliputi tujuan, bahan ajar, metode, media, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data utama adalah guru Kurikulum Merdeka dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah tersebut dilakukan dengan pendekatan student-centered learning, menggunakan metode praktik langsung, proyek, dan media digital. Guru menerapkan strategi inovatif untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran Fikih. Meskipun menghadapi kendala keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan bahan ajar, guru menunjukkan kreativitas dengan memanfaatkan media sederhana dan mengadaptasi bahan ajar dari kurikulum sebelumnya. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi meliputi pelatihan rutin, kreativitas guru, dan kolaborasi antar pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran praktis tentang penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Fikih dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah.
