ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA KELAS 5 MELALUI PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PALAM PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPAS

Creative thinking skills are one of the 21st century skills that today's students must have. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of PALAM learning media on the creative thinking skills of 5th grade students of MIN 2 Pasuruan, focusing on the aspects of originality, fluency, flexibility, and elaboration. Using a quantitative descriptive research design, this study involved 15 students as research subjects. The instruments used were creative thinking test questions in the form of essay questions and interview guidelines as supporting instruments. The results showed that the average creative thinking ability of students included in the obtained value of 65 with a good category and a pretest value of 60. The results of the analysis on each aspect stated that the average creative thinking ability of students in the original aspect obtained a value of 70% and was classified as a good category. The fluency aspect has an overall average score of 78% in the good category. The flexibility aspect has a value of 70% with a good category. The elaboration aspect has a value of 94% with a very good category. The results showed that the average creative thinking ability of students after using PALAM media was in the good category. ABSTRAKKemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan salah satu kemampuan pada abad ke-21 yang harus dimiliki siswa saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh media pembelajaran PALAM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas 5 MIN 2 Pasuruan, dengan fokus pada aspek originalitas, fluency, fleksibilitas, dan elaborasi. Menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 15 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes berpikir kreatif yang berbentuk soal essay dan pedoman wawancara sebagai instrumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa termasuk kedalam diperoleh nilai 65 dengan kategori baik dan nilai pretest sebesar 60. Hasil analisis pada tiap aspek menyatakan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada aspek original diperoleh nilai 70% dan tergolong kategori baik. Aspek fluency memiliki rata-rata nilai keseluruhan sebesar 78% dengan kategori baik. Aspek flexibility memiliki nilai sebesar 70% dengan kategori baik. Aspek elaboration memiliki nilai 94% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa setelah menggunakan media PALAM berada dalam kategori baik.
