<![CDATA[AbstractBased on preliminary observations made by prospective researchers in Pontianak City, more specifically in the Pontianak City Police (Polresta) Legal Area, it appears that almost every year there is violence against women committed by boys, for example in this year 2024 until September there have been several cases of violence against women. The type of research used in this research is empirical, which is a legal research method that functions to see the law in real terms and examine how the law works in the community. The crime of mistreatment of women committed by boys is due to interpersonal relationship and interaction factors, so that the perpetrators commit acts that violate the criminal law. The discussion of the Contemporary Victimology Theory on the Situated Transaction Model as the basis of this research is in line with the facts in the field, namely in the interpersonal relationships of 2 (two) cases of family relationships, 5 (five) cases of friendly relationships, and 3 (theree) cases of couple relationships. Based on the results of the researcher"™s analysis, from the perspective of victimology, the crime of mistreatment of women committed by boys in Pontianak City. Based on the role and typology of victims are Provocative Victims 2 (two) cases, Participating Victims 3 (there) cases, Latent Victims 4 (four) cases, and Biologically week Victims as much as 1 (one) case.Keywords: Victimology, Persecution, Women. AbstrakBerdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh calon peneliti di Kota Pontianak lebih spesifiknya diwilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resor Kota (Polresta) Pontianak terlihat hampir setiap tahun terjadi kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang dilakukan oleh anak laki-laki, sebagai contoh di tahun 2024 ini sampai bulan September ini sudah terjadi beberapa kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah emperis yaitu merupakan suatu metode penelitian hukum yang berfungsi untuk melihat hukum dalam artian nyata dan meneliti bagaimana bekerjanya hukum di lingkungan masyarakat.Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Perempuan yang dilakukan oleh Anak Laki-laki dikarenakan faktor hubungan interpersonal dan interaksi, sehingga pelaku melakukan tindakan yang melanggar hukum pidana. Adapun pembahasan Teori Viktimologi Kontemporer tentang Situated Transaction Model sebagai dasar penelitian ini selaras dengan fakta lapangan yaitu dalam hubungan Interpersonalnya 2 (dua) Kasus hubungan Keluarga, 5 (lima) Kasus Hubungan Persahabatan, dan 3 (tiga) Kasus Hubungan Pasangan. Bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisa peneliti, ditinjau dari perspektif viktimologi terhadap Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Perempuan yang dilakukan oleh Anak Laki-laki di Kota Pontianak.
