This study aims to evaluate the influence of Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the General Hospital (RSU) of South Tangerang City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 55 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 27. The t-test results indicate that Work Discipline and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Similarly, the F-test results show that both variables simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test reveals that 63.1% of employee performance variability can be explained by the studied variables, while 36.9% is influenced by other unexamined factors. Specifically, Work Discipline contributes 57.8%, while Organizational Culture contributes 51.4% to Employee Performance. These findings provide insights into the factors affecting employee performance at the General Hospital (RSU) of South Tangerang City. The results can serve as a foundation for hospital management to improve organizational performance and employee productivity.
