<![CDATA[Health development has a positive relationship with improving the quality of human resources. A high level of health and nutritional status will increase productivity which in turn will increase the level of income or welfare of the community. Health development also has an important role for the government in alleviating poverty. In improving the quality of human resources and alleviating poverty, health development is one of the main components. The important role of health development can be seen from its contribution in improving the productivity and quality of life of future generations. One of the main issues in health development that has not been reached by low-income communities, both in urban and rural areas. The aim was to determine community access to health services by looking at influential factors, namely social, economic and geographical. The study used Descriptive Research Methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. From the data obtained, data analysis is carried out which includes activities to organize data, categorize it, code it and then analyze it.
