<![CDATA[Transformasi hukum keluarga Islam di era digital telah memengaruhi regulasi perkawinan dan perceraian di Indonesia. Melalui analisis sosiologi hukum dan hukum positif, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi pemahaman dan pelaksanaan hukum. Era digital telah meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi hukum, mempermudah prosedur hukum, dan mengubah dinamika sosial dalam praktik perkawinan dan perceraian. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya adaptasi regulasi untuk menjawab tantangan era digital, sambil tetap mempertahankan prinsip-prinsip dasar hukum Islam dan hukum positif. Pembaruan kebijakan dianggap penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat modern dan memastikan keadilan dalam proses hukum keluarga. Abstract The transformation of Islamic family law in the digital era has affected marriage and divorce regulations in Indonesia. Through the analysis of the sociology of law and positive law, this study examines how technological developments affect the understanding and implementation of law. The digital era has increased the accessibility of legal information, simplified legal procedures, and changed social dynamics in the practice of marriage and divorce. The findings of this study show the need for regulatory adaptation to answer the challenges of the digital era, while still maintaining the basic principles of Islamic law and positive law.
