Abstract

Pregnancy is a psychologically vulnerable phase, during which pregnant women are prone to stress and emotional changes. Therefore, structured support from the first to the third trimester is essential. The "Complementary School" program is designed to provide continuous support through the implementation of affirmation methods based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), adopting a nurturing care approach for pregnant women. The program includes counseling, complementary practices, and mental support sessions in pregnancy classes. The objective is to enhance pregnant women's understanding of the importance of affirmations in preparing for a positive and confident childbirth experience. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with an average post-test score of 84. As a follow-up, NLP counseling sessions are scheduled regularly every second Friday of the month.
