ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Menganalisis Pengaruh motivasi Kerja secara parsial Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. 2) Menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah secara parsial Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. 3) Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Sekolah secara simultan Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Madrasah di Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan bahwa di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa ini representatif untuk mewakili penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kompetensi Guru. Penelitian telah berlangsung kurang lebih dua bulan yakni bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2016. Anggota populasi adalah seluruh guru di Sekolah Madrasah Se Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kompetensi Guru. 2) Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kompetensi Guru.          3) Motivasi Kerja dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kompetensi Guru Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Sekolah dan Kompetensi GuruABSTRACK This study aims; 1) Analyze the Influence of Work Motivation Partially to the Competence of Madrasah Teachers in sub-district of Somba Opu Gowa. 2) Analyze School Culture Influence partially on Madrasah Teacher’s Competence in sub-distritc of Somba Opu Gowa. 3) Analyze the Influence of Work Motivation and School Culture simultaneously on Madrasah Teacher’s Competence in sub-district of Somba Opu Gowa. This research was conducted at Madrasah of Somba Opu Sub-District of Gowa. Site selection based on that in Madrasah in Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District is representative to represent research about Influence of Work Motivation and School Culture to Teacher’s Competence. The study lasted approximately two months, from October to November 2016. The population is all teachers in Madrasah at sub-district Somba Opu Gowa, both teachers who have the status of civil servants and teachers who are still an honorarium. To test the hypothesis has done by multiple linear regression analysis with the method of t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Work Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Competence. 2) Madrasah culture has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Competence. 3) Work motivation and Madsarah culture have positive and significant influence simultaneously on Teacher Competence Keywords: Work Motivation, School Culture and Teacher’s Competence
